Tony Garcia, CTO of SBT Alliance. Mr. Garcia is a smart building technologist with over 25-years of application engineering experience and a holder of two US patents. Having worked with advanced wireless controls for more than two decades, Mr. Garcia is considered a pioneer as one of the first wireless controls developers at Daintree Networks in 2006. As a cornerstone engineer at Daintree, Mr. Garcia developed the fundamental hardware components, network design specifications and supported project deployments with hands-on commissioning and management of tens of millions of square feet of industrial and commercial spaces. Mr. Garcia is one of the founding partners and Chief Technology Officer of SBT Alliance, a leading IoT systems and solutions integration firm. In this position, Mr. Garcia oversees the company’s software development, system provisioning tools, and overall technology direction of SBT to foster greater adoption of IoT technologies and IoT solutions within industrial, manufacturing, and commercial spaces.
