Simon Hartley

Mr. Hartley works with government customers at CIS Mobile with its altOS mobile security platform. He also worked with Apple and Samsung in hardening their mobile devices for U.S. government use and is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity at industry events. Previously, he was Vice President and Co-Founder of the startup RunSafe Security, Vice President at the startup Kaprica Security (exited to Samsung), and Mobile Program Director at DMI a managed mobility market leader. Mr. Hartley began his career in nuclear software engineering and then held European and U.S. executive roles at HP, Red Hat, and Capgemini. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Master of Science in Law & Cybersecurity, and Executive Master’s of Business Administration, and several cybersecurity certifications.
